Where are the Lakshya Villa branches located?
We have two premium branches in Chennai: one in Mandaveli (near Mylapore Sai Baba Temple, a 50m walk from Mylapore Bus Stop) and another in Nungambakkam (near Jayalakshmi Puram 4th Street, close to Nungambakkam Police Station).
Is the food prepared in-house? What about packed lunches?
Yes, we prepare pure vegetarian food in-house using premium, hygienic ingredients and RO-purified water. For students attending long coaching lectures or colleges, we provide packed lunch delivery directly to their institutes.
What is the policy for cancellation and refund?
Cancellations made up to 1 month before arrival are eligible for a full refund. The security deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 1 month of the joining date. To vacate, a 1-month notice must be submitted to receive a full refund of the security deposit.
Are study spaces available 24/7?
Yes! We have air-conditioned study halls equipped with dedicated study desks and chairs. Additionally, our rooftop terrace areas are styled for open-air study in a peaceful, quiet atmosphere.
Does the hostel provide internet and power backup?
Yes, we provide high-speed commercial Wi-Fi across all floors and study areas, along with generator/power backup to ensure CA students can study without power interruptions.
